Welcome to our Condo at the Traditions.
This is only used for Family and Friends. We do ask you to pay for the cleaning fee (including utilities) and a donation. I will email you a link after your stay. Your donation is anything you feel. I do not want to put a price on your FUN!
This condo is not in the rental pool, so we ask that you take extra care. We purchased this condo for our grandchildren to go to college here at Texas A&M. Just a small bribe. 🙂 We have already had one granddaughter, Taylor, live in the condo and graduate. Whoop! We have few others coming up the pipeline in a few years. Class ’30, ’32’ & ’33 Our family has many Aggies. Class of ’74, Class of ’02,’ 03, and ’23 (she graduated early ’22). We are keeping the Tradition going.

Infants welcomePets not allowed Pets are prohibited unless the property specifically states it is “pet friendly” and the required pet fee is paid prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted on any furniture, bedding, blankets, etc. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, Guest may be evicted, subject to a $1,000.00 fee, and responsible for remedying all pet damages and the cost of remediation, including pet allergen remediation, and flea remediation. Guests with pet allergies may be arriving after you, so please respect the terms for the non-pet friendly properties.

Smoking not allowed No smoking is allowed inside. Smoking is permitted outdoors if done so responsibly and respectfully. If smoking does occur, (including Marijuana and Vaping), Guest will be evicted, pay a fine of $1,000.00, and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property. If Guest (s) smoke outdoors, debris and butts must be disposed of properly or a $100.00 outdoor cleaning fee will apply.

Limited Parking Two assigned parking spaces only. The others are unassigned.

Weapons Guest(s) can obtain a weapon and/or firearm during their stay for self-defense or safety reasons. All weapons must be properly stored and secured and should not be kept in plain sight. If a neighbor reports hearing gun shots or evidence of shooting is found after Guest(s) departure, fees will apply. Guest(s) understands that if a weapon/firearm is left behind after their departure, VSP will turn it over to the authorities. It is Guest(s) responsibility to contact the authorities regarding retrieval of their property.
